Thief’s Covenant

"coming_soon" Credits: Sole author.

Notes: Formerly known as Household Gods.

Set in a more Renaissance-style setting, rather than the more traditional Medieval fantasy, Thief’s Covenant is also my first foray into Young Adult fiction. That said, I think all my adult readers will find it just as appealing as my others works.

The Purloined Ledger

"Broken"The Purloined Ledger" appears in Broken Time Blues, an anthology of urban fantasy and other tales set in the roaring 20s. This anthology is published by Absolute XPress, and edited by the Jaym Gates and Erika Holt.

Credits: Sole author

Cover art by Galen Dara.

Notes: The title of this short story is a deliberate homage to Poe’s "The Purloined Letter."

The main character of this story is a guy about whom I intend to write a great deal more in the future. Hopefully, you’ll like him at least half as much as I do. 😉

New ENWorld post!

So, it’s been a long while–and I apologize for that–but I’ve just written a new ENWorld column, in which I discuss the formatting of games like D&D; what current editions can learn from older ones; and what I’d like to see in future editions, in terms of presentation.

Should I?

As with most (all?) authors, I have a file full of short fiction that I haven’t sold anywhere. It’s older stuff, so it’s not quite up to my current writing, but it’s not bad or embarrassing. I hope. 😉

If I were to take the plunge and do a cheap e-book (Kiindle, for instance) compilation, would there be much interest?
